We all peek at each other's shopping on the supermarket conveyer belt and it is noticeable that more and more people are choosing organic, fairtrade, locally sourced produce. So much so, you begin to wonder if it is all for show? These consumers are becoming uneasy with the implicit messages succinctly described by the phrase, "eco-worrier."
