To help yourself become more observant, there is a psychological trick to play on yourself. It is to pick a colour for a day and try to spot it as frequently as possible as you go about your daily life. This observational study was done to see just how much the colour red is used in the world around us. The vibrancy of the colour has always caught my attention, and this project is still going on today. |
